HabiTree

Terms of Use

Last updated 14 October 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and HabiTree for using the HabiTree app. By using the app you accept them. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. What HabiTree is

HabiTree is a habit tracker. It helps you keep routines and build streaks, on your own and with friends — following, a shared feed, clubs, challenges and messages. It is not a medical, health or fitness service and gives no medical advice. Decisions about your health are yours and your doctor's.

2. Your account

3. Your content

Habit names, notes, your profile photo and anything else you type belong to you. You give HabiTree permission to store and display them so the app can work, including showing to friends anything you have chosen to share with them. You can change what is shared, or delete it, at any time.

4. Community rules

Where content can be seen by other people — including your name, handle, bio and profile photo — you agree not to post anything that is harassing, threatening, hateful, sexual or nude, violent, illegal, misleading about who you are (such as someone else's photo or name), or that shares someone else's private information. Only use a profile photo you have the right to use. Profile photos are checked automatically when uploaded, and a photo on a profile that several people report is removed. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules, and we may report illegal content to the authorities. When our filters or reports remove something of yours, a notice appears in your notifications. You can report content or block a person from inside the app.

5. HabiTree Plus

Some features are part of HabiTree Plus, an optional auto-renewing subscription bought through Apple. The price, length and any free trial are shown before you subscribe. Payment is charged to your Apple ID, and the subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, in your iPhone's Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Deleting your HabiTree account does not cancel a subscription. Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's terms.

6. Rewards and challenges

Where challenges offer rewards, the rewards are provided by HabiTree. Rules for each challenge are shown in the app. Apple is not a sponsor of, and is not involved in, any challenge or reward.

7. What we promise, and what we don't

We work to keep HabiTree available and your data safe, but the app is provided as is. We do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and streaks, counts and verification are aids to your own judgement, not guarantees. To the extent the law allows, HabiTree is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the app.

8. Ending the agreement

You can stop using HabiTree and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. Sections 3, 4 and 7 continue to apply after the agreement ends.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top will change, and material changes will be announced in the app before they take effect.
